Flats at Riverpoint
Spokane, WA
Flats at Riverpoint is a student and workforce housing development serving Gonzaga University and the WSU Spokane Campus. The development consists of 132 one-bedroom loft and studio units. The project is scheduled to break ground in April of 2025 and open for occupancy in August 2026.
HAWTHORNE COMMONS APARTMENTS
Spokane, WA
Hawthorne Commons is a purpose-built student housing project serving the students of Whitworth University. It will include 90 units in 2 buildings with 204 total beds. The project is currently on hold.
