Chalets @ Schweitzer
Sandpoint, ID

The Chalets @ Schweitzer is an 8-unit ski-in and ski-out development at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint, Idaho. Phase 1, first four units, was completed in January 2025 and has sold out. Phase 2 of these luxury 3-story townhomes will be ready for move-in by new residents in November 2026.

Eastmark is managing all aspects of development, including land acquisition, entitlements, design, equity & debt sourcing, and construction management.
